Yeeeeew! So happy to defeat the first place in the doubles! Yesterday was a pretty long day, especially for the orga team and the judges. After running race in the moring the side-offshore wind from the south picked up and we ran the whole 6 hours of double elimination. Towards the evening some massive black clouds showed up and some heats had to be rerun, so it was nearly dark when my heat started. This time I had to go against my team mate Stefan Spiessberger who won against Mike one heat earlier. Right before the heat the wind turned 90 degrees and picked up from 15 knots to 47! Despite the rough conditions it was a really sick scenery with the sundowner in the back, the rising full moon in front in front of the black clouds and the beach party!

A very big thanks to my parents, Stefan Permien and the rest of the German crew for helping me out at the beach and on the water! The event finished with a nice aftershow party and right now I am sitting at Vienna airport waiting for my plane to Sri Lanka.
