The last days the wind was a little bit on his own mission and only started in the afternoon. That´s why Rick, Sören and me started a roadtrip to the east side of the island and we visited one of the most beautiful beaches - Blue Lagoon. The next day we could see some waterfalls in the mountains here.
Because of the late wind we started a diving course in the mornigs which is so wicked here! First day was in the pool and then next dives we could go down to 18 meters. This morning we had the best one at a southern reef. We nearly touched sting ray a and saw lots of barracudas. Then suddenly a shark came by! I already viewed some in Australia and Los Roques, but seeing it under water is so differnt - admirable animal!
Today we had an sunny evening session on 9 meter and Jule took some photos. Let´s see how it goes on here!

4 days ago I arrived at the island in Indian Ozean and it is really nice in this country! Our hotel is right at the spot so I can do my first session right after breakfast. Jule Hosp arrived two days ago and since then we are ripping the waves every day. There are different reefs out here and the afternoon we spend searching and riding the best wave.
Thanks to Orca for helping me with all the booking stuff and for searching me the cheapest and best flight! The hotel is as perfect as they promised!

Yesterday was the last day of the Seat Kitesurf Trophy and we had a good event with wind and sun every day. Friday the first heats started in light winds and saturday I had to do the first heat super early in the morning. That session we were light on our 10 meters and after two cool heats against Sebastian Bubman and Jan Schiegnitz it was the old final again. Stefan started with a lot of tricks and I could also nail all my normal passes. Towards the end of the heat I got some switch, a Downloop Slim, a L3 and a double S pass. Meanwhile Stefan could do some well powered tricks and nearly landed his Blindjudge 5!
Saturday we had a nice party and sunday the Juniors and Women began the Double at 7:30… My sister tried one of her first comps and could land some of the tricks she learned two days before. Also my dad was super happy ending up second in the race! Especially the juniors fianl was really nice to watch - Jerry and Nils did a nice show!
Sunday the decision has been anounced and I could win that tourstop! Now I could defend the title for the third time! Congratulations to Stefan - I´m sure you will rip in Canada! Sünne Elbel (Women) and Nils Wesch (Juniors) became German Champion as well!
In 4 hours my plane to Mauritius leaves! Yeaaah!!!
