1st Warnemünde and holidays

My last week in school has been pretty funny and I could chill some time at home with my friends. At the weekend my family and me went to the third Kitesurf-Trophy event in East Germany / Warnemünde. We could start some heats at the first day and also my sister had her first one. The a thunderstorm came and we had to wait until the next morning.
My first heat didn´t start well, but then I changed from 5m to my 7m Vegas 2010 and could nail a double pass. The next heats were pretty ok and in the final I could show some switch, a Downloop Slim and a Kiteloop HP. There has been a lot of current and gusty wind so Stefan and me had to fight a lot to get upwind again. Sunday we had some races and the price giving. Won my second stop this year! Yehaaa!

Right now I am training with a friend on Sylt and we already got some sick sessions!

Pisa - Florence - Switzerland

In the last two weeks I did a lot of travelling. First of all we went on our field excursion to Pisa and Florence. You can imagine how much fun it is to go on a journey with all your mates and friends from home. So nice to do some party and see all the old buildings in the Tuscany.
From Italy I took the train to Switzerland which took about 10 hours and 5 different trains. Luckily my dad could pick me up at the station and we went to Silvaplana Lake which is 1700 meter above the sea level. Normally there is thermical wind everyday but this weekend the locals explained that there had been to many clouds. So we did some other stuff like Standup Paddeling, swimming in the cold lake and volleyball.
During the night we slept in a bunker which was pretty scary in the beginning, but later we had great fun down there…
The last day we went up the mountain and had some snow at 3300 meter and we did some snowboarding with our boards! At night we took the train home directly into my math class.
