Mario Rodwald - a German Kiteboarder

Last weekend the first tour stop of the Seat Kitesurf Trophy took place in Dahme (Baltic Sea). We had nice conditions, so there were a couple of races and the next day we could start with the Freestyle. Sebastian Bubman dominated in the race and finished first!
While the Freestyle the weather was sunny and I was good on my 12 meter Vegas. Against Tim Kummerfeld and also Seabastian I had a pretty solid heat - going for some Low Mobes. Rick Jensen rode with boots and nailed some tricks right in front of the beach, unluckly there has been a watchtower which destroyed his kite completely… 
The final was nice, lots of people on the beach and some flat water between the waves. Stefan had a pretty good heat and nearly got his Frontmobe blind. With some clear landings and switch moves I could catch the first win for the titel!
The next day we spent in the sun waiting for the big party! Hope it´s going to be that big next time!!!
